Karen Byrne
I have been going to camp since I was diagnosed at age 10 in 1973. In the late 90’s some of the older kids started calling me Momma K. I love that the kids feel comfortable with this. I have also been Momma Karen, and Momma Bear one year.
I have been the Waterfront Director since 1991, one of the Assistant Teen Camp Directors since 2012 and on staff with Hodia since 1979.
