2025 Staff Safety Training Videos

Thank you for your commitment to making our camp a safe and enriching experience for all participants this summer! As part of our preparation, all staff members are required to complete (3) important safety training videos before June 1st, 2025. The (3) required videos are linked below. Please set aside approximately 40 minutes to complete all three videos.

 

Why These Videos Matter

The (3) required training videos are new to Hodia this year and are critical for ensuring we all prioritize the safety and wellbeing of our campers. The content provides essential guidance on creating a secure environment where all campers can thrive. The (3) required videos are linked below.

 

Instructions for Accessing the Videos

1. IMPORTANT: When creating an account in the next steps, enter Organization ID: 4539366
   • If you do not enter an Organization ID, you will not receive credit
   • A completion report will be provided to us, indicating which staff members have fulfilled the video training requirements
   • If you do not enter an Organization ID, please email your completion certificates for each (3) videos to kyle@hodia.org

3. Create a new account and enter Organization ID: 4539366
4. Once your account is created, you’ll have access to the required videos (direct links provided below)
5. Complete all three required videos before June 1st, 2025
   

Required (3) Training Videos

After creating a new account, please complete the following (3) videos.
The direct links are provided below (total time: approximately 38 minutes):

• Peer-to-Peer Sexual Abuse Prevention at Camp (12 minutes)
• Child Sexual Abuse Prevention at Camp (14 minutes)
• Behavior Management (12 minutes)

Important Notes

• • These videos are MANDATORY for all 18+ staff members
  • Please set aside approximately 40 minutes to complete all three videos
  • You can watch the videos in multiple sessions if needed
  • Each video must be viewed in its entirety to receive credit
  • A completion report will be provided to us, indicating which staff members have fulfilled the training requirements
  • If you do not enter an Organization ID, please email your completion certificates for each (3) videos to kyle@hodia.org
  • Failure to complete these videos by June 1st may result in inability to attend camp
